Apple has launched iOS 7.1 bringing a number of changes and additions to iDevice users.
Chief among the features coming with the update is CarPlay, Apple's "iOS experience designed for the car".
With this update users will get UI changes, faster animations and transitions, and also fix for the bug, which resulted in a frequent home screen crash.
New features of iOS 7.1
The update brings a few camera add-ons, such as an indicator when auto-flash will kick in and a new auto HDR mode for the iPhone 5S.
Siri is now having support for push-to-talk. FaceTime call notifications will also vanish automatically once a user answers a call on another device.
There's also a fix for the infamous bug that "could occasionally cause a home screen crash" on which I wrote about and you can read it here.
Changes also include more accessibility options, new button borders and a toggle to turn down "harsh white elements" throughout the system.
Finally, the keyboard got a whole new design tweak in the iOS 7.1.
iOS 7.1 is now available for download over the air through the software update section in settings, or via iTunes on a Mac or PC.
